Texas Guns, Inc. offers secure, compliant Federal Firearms License (FFL) Transfer services for customers purchasing firearms from other retailers or private parties. Whether you're ordering from an online distributor or transferring ownership through a personal sale, our licensed facility ensures your transaction is processed legally, efficiently, and with full ATF compliance.

What’s Included:

• Acceptance of your firearm shipment from a licensed dealer (FFL to FFL)
• ATF Form 4473 processing
• Background check and identity verification
• Secure storage of your firearm until pickup
• Professional assistance from our experienced staff throughout the transfer process

How It Works:

1. Provide the seller with our FFL information after purchase.
2. We’ll notify you when the firearm arrives at our facility.
3. Complete the background check and paperwork on-site.
4. Take possession of your firearm once cleared.

Transfer Fee: $35 per firearm

Please ensure the firearm is shipped from an FFL dealer and includes a copy of their license with the shipment. We do not accept firearms shipped by individuals without proper documentation.
